Client Services Director

This is a great opportunity to work with high-profile clients, enhancing their experience while acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
The Client Services Director will manage day-to-day delivery of Transfer Agency services to multiple clients. This includes overseeing client reporting, service levels, and incident management.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a client-focused role and/or Transfer Agency experience within financial services or banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day delivery of Transfer Agency services.
- Oversee client reporting, service levels, and incident management.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve queries, ensure compliance, and drive service enhancements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a client-focused role and/or Transfer Agency experience within financial services or banking.
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to manage pressure and deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- Three days a week onsite in Limerick, Ireland.
