Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated IT support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.

This role involves working closely with clients to identify problems and develop effective technical solutions, as well as maintaining and repairing various systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to identify problems and develop effective technical solutions
  • Perform installation and maintenance of client systems, including PCs and mobile devices
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand service agreements
  • Liaise with help desks and support centers to resolve technical issues
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in a field service representative or similar role
  • Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with effective time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications
  • Professional knowledge of the English language
