Commercial Lead Position

This role is an opportunity to take on a leadership position in a dynamic project environment. The Commercial Lead will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the project, including procurement, cost management, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, financial management skills, and experience in leading and developing a commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project procurement to meet timelines, budgets, and goals.
  • Establish clear cost management practices.
  • Provide commercial reports to key stakeholders.
  • Cultivate collaboration and knowledge sharing among project teams.
  • Build relationships with clients and supply chain partners.
  • Assess and respond to project risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee subcontractor and supplier onboarding.
  • Ensure comprehensive procurement documentation.
  • Support timely client billing and cash collection.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying with relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • MEP and data centre experience beneficial.
  • Experience with various procurement models.
