Disability Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in delivering high-quality care to children with disabilities.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to children with physical or learning disabilities, including emotional support and challenging behavior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment and planning of care for children with disabilities.
- Implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child, using evidence-based practice and person-centered approaches.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor progress, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective delivery of care services.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Care and 1 year's experience working with families, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- NISCC Registration
- Hold a current full driving license and have access to a car on appointment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
