About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Design Lead to lead our marine design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of marine structural design, and experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design aspects of projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure timely delivery of design packages.
  • Apply advanced knowledge in structural or geotechnical engineering principles to develop innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
  • Evaluate the accuracy and quality of design deliverables.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural designs into project objectives.
  • Cultivate junior engineers through mentorship and technical guidance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in structural or geotechnical design.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Extensive experience in designing and inspecting marine structures.
  • Proficiency in report writing and presentation skills.
  • Broad expertise in marine structural design, coastal processes design, numerical modeling studies, and environmental engineering.
