The Role

This role is for an independent contractor focused on client and candidate relations (360). You will be working with the Horticulture and related green sectors in the permanent market. As part of our dynamic team, you will provide exemplary service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Work with flexible KPIs and meet deadlines when required.

You will primarily work from home but may be required to attend meetings or events. We are based in Dublin City Centre and offer a commission-only rate structure.

Requirements
  • At least one year of recruitment experience, either permanent or temporary.
  • An active interest in the Horticulture, Green Economy & Land Based Sectors.
  • The full rights to work in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Reliable broadband.
  • Prior experience in 360 recruitment is an advantage.
