Chief Analytical Scientist

The Senior Chemist plays a pivotal role in analytical development, providing technical expertise to drive new product development projects forward.
">- Lead the development and validation of analytical test methods for dissolution/elution, liquid, and gas chromatography.
- Plan and schedule laboratory activities to meet project deadlines, ensuring timely completion and delivery of results.
- Author technical reports, validation documents, and provide clear updates to cross-functional teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Support laboratory investigations by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions, ensuring continuous improvement and quality.
- Drive projects aimed at reducing lead times and achieving cost savings through process improvements.
- Assist in training new colleagues and support internal and external audit programs, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Provide technical support for regulatory submissions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrate expertise in dissolution/elution testing, liquid and gas chromatography, and analytical method development/validation.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project timelines, showcasing strong organizational skills.
- Possess excellent report writing and communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting laboratory investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and audit support processes, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Previous involvement in regulatory submission activities is highly desirable, demonstrating a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape.
