Job Overview

The IT Asset Manager will play a pivotal role in reorganizing and enhancing our IT Management Infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement, and optimize a system integrating ServiceNow and SolarWinds.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy IT Asset Management solutions, including integration with Servicenow and Solarwinds, ensuring seamless operation and real-time visibility.
  • Implement and maintain robust IT asset tracking, inventory management, and software licensing solutions, leveraging industry best practices.
  • Develop data-driven dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide actionable insights into assets, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Manage the entire life cycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of IT Asset Management, driving business success.

Requirements

  • A third-level degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, demonstrating academic excellence.
  • ITIL, IAITAM, or equivalent certification, showcasing expertise in IT service management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations Management, with a focus on IT asset management, having delivered tangible results.
