The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. They will be able to thrive in a high-productivity environment and possess excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, staff, and visitors. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are also essential.
The key responsibilities of this role include maintaining and updating resident listings, following up on outstanding resident balances, processing invoices and payments, and overseeing month-end financial reporting. The successful candidate will also provide secretarial and administrative support to the Home Manager, including correspondence management and minute-taking.
