This is a Specified Purpose Contract position that will play a vital role in supporting the Secretary to the Commission and the Secretary to the Finance Audit and Risk Committee.
About the Role
The Executive Governance Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Secretary to the Commission in their role, as well as supporting the Chief Operations Officer with the Finance Audit and Risk Committee (FARC). The successful candidate will also assist with compiling and preparing papers for monthly Commission meetings and quarterly FARC meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess a qualification of at least level 8 of the National Framework of Qualifications in Business, Management, or a relevant related discipline. They will also have the requisite competencies to carry out the role as outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the overall direction of the General Counsel of the MHC (DSS), the Executive Governance Specialist's key duties and responsibilities include: Assist the Secretary to the Commission in his / her role generally.
Assist the Chief Operations Officer in his / her role with the Finance Audit and Risk Committee (FARC).Take minutes at the Commission and FARC meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications: A qualification of at least level 8 of the National Framework of Qualifications in Business, Management, or a relevant related discipline.
