We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Expert to join our team at Awp Health & Life Sa. As a member of the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees on best HR practices, policies, and procedures. You will also be involved in employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding through to exit, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver the best possible HR service.
Key Requirements:- Strong knowledge and conversant with employment legislation
- Proven experience of working in a generalist HR/People and Culture role within a commercial environment
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
The successful candidate will have experience advising and dealing with senior management and be able to demonstrate resilience and tenacity when under pressure. They will also have intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
