Job Title: Quality Manager

As a key member of our team, the Quality Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing quality and governance across our nursing home group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure regulatory standards are met.
  • Implement policies that drive excellence and person-centred care.
  • Support staff development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management teams to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration.
  • Qualification in healthcare management or quality improvement (essential).
  • Full Irish driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in quality, governance, or compliance.
  • Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
