Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering leader to spearhead the development of our restaurant platform. This role requires expertise in crafting robust, high-performance applications using Kotlin and Java.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of complex software integrations, API design, and observability. Additionally, they will be expected to mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and develop high-quality software applications using Kotlin and Java.
  • Lead technical discussions and decisions on software architecture, performance optimizations, and security.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless payment experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and/or JVM languages.
  • High-scale successes with multi-threading/concurrency (deep experience with coroutines a plus).
  • Experience working in large Android projects, architecting for modularity, reusability, and testability.
  • Track record of successful complex software integrations.
  • Strong mentoring skills for a team of developers.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
