We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dublin. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of surveyors to achieve project goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of project management, including cost planning, budgeting, and risk assessment. You will also contribute to business development activities, identifying new opportunities, and promoting the company's services.
To succeed in this position, you must have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with relevant professional qualifications, such as Chartered Status with the RICS or SCSI. Excellent IT skills and experience with digital measurement tools are essential.
