**Job Title:** Senior Store Manager
About the Role

We're seeking a senior retail professional to lead our store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. At the heart of this role is driving sales growth, managing budgets, and maintaining a positive store environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in store management, with experience in coaching and developing teams to achieve targets. Strong leadership skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising and stock management
  • Manage store budgets and maintain accurate financial records
  • Coach and develop junior managers and sales teams to exceed targets
  • Maintain a positive store environment, adhering to company policies and guidelines
  • Recruit and train new talent to drive business success
  • Set goals and KPIs, achieving targets and exceeding expectations
  • Celebrate achievements and promote the brand through core service values
  • Create engaging store displays and make commercial decisions within visual merchandising guidelines
