Intel Corporation is a leading technology company seeking an experienced Process Engineering Expert to join our advanced technology fab. As a Process/Equipment Engineer, you will focus on delivering a robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing process with data-driven analytics and systematic problem-solving skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Transfer New Process Nodes: Transfer new process nodes from Technology Development to High Volume Manufacturing.
  • Module Ownership: Own and qualify modules and/or equipment, including tool preventative maintenance, management of troubleshooting activities, regular monitoring of tool and process performance, defect analysis and reduction, and ownership of improvements in safety, yield, cost, and improved manufacturability.
  • Integrated Defects Reduction: Interact with multiple organizations to drive integrated defects reduction to maintain best-in-class yields.
  • Cost-Effective Technologies: Learn, transfer, maintain, and improve cost-effective technologies across all site technologies.

Candidates must have a relevant technical qualification (e.g., B.Sc., B.Eng.) in an approved Science or Engineering discipline. A minimum of 5 years' direct process/equipment engineering experience is required. Additionally, viable candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Technical Leadership: Proven history of technical contributions, decision-making, and problem-solving.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse team environment.
  • Policy Adherence: Disciplined adherence to policies and procedures with a keen eye for detail.
  • Structured Problem-Solving: Demonstrated excellence in structured problem-solving techniques.
