Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead DevOps initiatives and drive automation across our Salesforce ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments across multiple environments.

The successful candidate will lead release management processes and coordinate complex multi-org deployments. They will also establish and enforce best practices for version control, branching strategies, and code promotion.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will implement automated testing frameworks and ensure high-quality code deployment. They will manage Salesforce metadata and data migration processes, configure and maintain DevOps tools and platforms, and collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment processes.

If you have a strong experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and are proficient in version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket), we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce DevOps experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce platform
  • Strong experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Auto RABIT, Gearset, Flosum, or Salesforce DevOps Center)
  • Salesforce CLI (SFDX) and Salesforce DX project structure
  • Proficient in version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar)
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (Apex tests, Selenium, Provar, etc.)
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices
