Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our food products consistently meet and exceed quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program to drive continuous improvement and excellence in quality management.
- Supervise and lead a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of quality-related tasks.
- Monitor and evaluate product quality throughout the production process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality protocols and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
- Investigate customer complaints or quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Qualification in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field, and/or proven experience in quality management within the food manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and certifications (e.g., HACCP, GMP, BRC).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards achieving quality goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on identifying and resolving complex quality issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
