Process Optimization Lead

The successful candidate will join our organization as a Process Optimization Lead to drive operational excellence through innovation, lean manufacturing, and quality management.

In this role, the individual will be responsible for optimizing plant performance by improving production yields, line speeds, and material efficiency. They will lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives, manage process documentation, and coordinate training to ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement projects, managing health and safety, and risk assessments, as well as supporting research and development activities in collaboration with international teams. Lean manufacturing principles will be implemented, and cost-saving initiatives will be delivered as part of the annual action plan.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a degree in process, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline, along with 5+ years' experience in a continuous process manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality systems (such as FMECA, SPC), and automation is essential.
