We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Sligo. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious dishes that delight our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in a busy cafe/restaurant environment. They will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to menu specifications, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and working collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation during service.
Key responsibilities include:

- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage food inventory and kitchen supplies.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. They will also be required to work weekends and adhere to a valid work permit for Ireland.
