Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our Advisory Team, you will work closely with Directors and Partners across various departments.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate on financial restructuring for business growth pre and post-acquisitions
  • Conduct financial diligence on services businesses
  • Provide tax advisory support for commercial property portfolios
  • Assist with financial restructuring of companies
  • Conduct vendor-side financial structure and diligence of companies

Requirements:

  • Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CPA)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a practice
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with VAT, PAYE, and Payroll
  • Proficiency in various software systems such as RAP, Core, Sage, Xero, etc.
  • Strong desire and enthusiasm to develop within a role and grow alongside the team
