About This Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical trades and be proficient in electrical work. Key responsibilities include testing and balancing air handling units, performing general maintenance on cooling towers, and installing new HVAC systems.

  • Test and balance air handling units and ventilation plants
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including filters, coils, fans, and controls
  • Install new HVAC systems, including AHUs, extract systems, VAV, VRV, split systems, and spot cooling
  • Liaise with other engineering functions to complete maintenance works and review plans for energy efficiency
Requirements
  • Time served in a mechanical trade or level 6 trade certificate in Mechanical/Electrical field
  • Minimum of 5-6 years' experience in HVAC/Cooling Tower maintenance and projects
  • Instrument and Controls qualifications (HVAC I&C)
  • Test and Balancing qualifications (air and water)
  • Electrical qualifications would be beneficial
