As a high-growth area, we are seeking an experienced leader to join our team and contribute to building strong relationships with clients both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Fund Accounting Manager to manage a team responsible for managing Alternative fund structures and related investment types. A strong understanding of these areas is essential to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of NAVs.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for clients on accounting matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports.
- Provide exceptional client service and query resolution on a timely basis.
- Contribute to root cause analysis for issues and ensure remediation is fit-for-purpose.
- Train, coach, and mentor new employees; develop and motivate staff within their team.
- Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing subject matter expertise to support new business efforts.
- Review Fund documents in advance of new Fund launches, identifying potential areas of operations risk.
