**About the Role:**

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Cork. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with financial reporting and audit, preferably gained within a Big Four firm.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Manage revenue close processes, reporting, and analytical review across multiple legal entities in EMEA.
  • Drive process improvements and automation using SQL & AI tools to reduce manual effort.
  • Demonstrate strong technical accounting acumen to conclude on accounting treatment of new product launches, projects, and complex transactions.
  • Partner with Tax, Legal, and AWS Expansion teams to drive business growth.
  • Lead the launch and operationalization of Sales & Marketing entities.
  • Collaborate with global Accounting teams to identify standardization opportunities.
  • Onboard new entities and activities, ensuring all required processes and controls are in place.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the business to facilitate analytical review.
  • Contribute to the preparation and review of statutory financial statements.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience with financial reporting and audit.
  • Knowledge of IFRS or other accounting frameworks.
  • University degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Accounting professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA).
