Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and owning the Instructional Strategy for new programmes, incorporating input from university partners and leading international experts.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and faculty to develop engaging and interactive online learning experiences.
  • Liaising with programme project managers to ensure seamless delivery of instructional design projects.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior instructional designers and freelance instructional designers to maintain consistency in quality and standards.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of online learning materials and activities based on feedback from tutors and students, and recommending improvements as necessary.
