We are seeking a highly skilled Vision Systems Integration Specialist to join our pharmaceutical client's state-of-the-art facility in Cork, Ireland.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating and implementing automatic vision inspection systems. They will provide direction and input into design, construction, and commissioning progression by an EPCM firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the EPCM firm, ensuring safe work practices and culture are reinforced amongst all team members.
  • Advocate continuous improvement in project quality, driving excellence in project execution.
  • Prepare project-related deliverables such as project plans, schedules, work plans, change management, cost tracking.
  • Cordinate and support design, construction, commissioning and qualification activities in collaboration with other project team members, operations personnel, external contractors and suppliers.
  • Remove roadblocks, help resolve issues, escalate challenges and decisions in a timely manner, thus ensuring project is continuously moving forward.
  • Liaise with various operations teams regarding impact of construction work in specific areas and agreement of scheduling of works, thus minimising interruption to site business.
  • Liaise and cordinate with stakeholders, equipment vendors, business partners, and SMEs as required to support project delivery.
  • Support monitoring & control of project cost and schedule in collaboration with other team members.
  • Input to continuous monitoring and management of project execution risks and establishment of contingency plans where necessary.
  • Support safe handover of systems at mechanical completion and IOQ completion, including system energisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ Years Project Engineering Experience
  • Visual Inspection Project Manager Experience
  • Experience in CAPEX projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with Stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills.
  • Superior organisational and planning skills.
  • Consensus building skills.
  • GMP Experience
  • Pharmaceutical Experience
