We are seeking a talented Cloud Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure services, you will be responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and operating the next-generation networks that power our cloud computing infrastructure.

Your primary focus will be on engineering, implementation, scalability, operations, reliability, and sustainability of our network infrastructure. You will utilize your networking skills along with advanced tools and systems to invent, refine, and develop automation and mechanisms to reduce manual operations.

You will think at 'Amazon scale' to solve problems in permanent, sustainable, and scalable ways, with an eye towards utilizing the best solution over the quickest solution.

  • Leading Network Projects: You will lead network projects in areas such as network sustaining engineering, network deployment/implementation, network scaling, technology refresh, best practices application, and/or network optimization.
  • Influencing Operations Function: You will influence our operations function, responding to customer impact events and requests, troubleshooting, and fixing and improving the automation that runs our network.
  • Analyzing Network Performance: You will analyze the network using tools and metrics to ensure it is operating correctly, safely, and securely.
