Job Opportunity: Purchase Ledger Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage the company's purchase ledger.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases made by the company.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts and process payments in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
  • Assist with the monthly close-down procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
