**Global Sourcing Leader Job Description**

As the Global Sourcing Leader at our Dublin head office, you will lead global sourcing strategies for high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure supply and IT asset disposition (ITAD). You'll oversee contract negotiations, vendor relationships, and ensure procurement decisions are finalised in compliance with local and international regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Formulate and manage global procurement strategies from Dublin, focusing on cost, quality, and supplier reliability.
  2. Collaborate with the UK-based procurement support for day-to-day operational tasks, where you will take responsibility for major approvals, risk assessments, and pricing decisions.
  3. Lead vendor evaluations, negotiations, and ongoing relationships.
  4. Oversee inventory planning, coordinate cross-border shipments in alignment with warehousing operations in the UK and third-party provider partners across the globe.
  5. Report regularly to the Management Board in Ireland, providing data-driven insights on supplier performance and procurement spending.

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; CIPS (or equivalent) preferred.

• Proven experience in international sourcing — ideally technology or electronics.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with awareness of cross-border tax and compliance issues.

• Ability to build relationships with global vendors, ensuring best-value pricing while respecting protocols.
