About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Merchandising Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for driving business growth through best practice and continuous improvement.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional service through best-in-class merchandising, brand promotion, and reporting. You will work primarily in Dublin, ensuring that all relevant stock is fully stocked and laid out according to planogram.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: Ensure all relevant stock is fully stocked and laid out according to planogram.
  • Quality Control: Verify all stock is displayed correctly, displays are clean, and POS is fully stocked and visible.
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with in-store contacts and answer customer queries while working on the shop floor.
  • Reporting: Complete simple reports on work completed, including photos and some ordering.
  • Planogram Maintenance: Maintain planograms & displays, adhering to agreed space and shelf layouts in store.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor distribution & availability, ensuring sufficient amounts of stock on display, particularly core lines.
  • KPIs: Deliver core client and company KPIs, ensuring success and sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Merchandising Background: Merchandising and/or hardware background.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literacy – ability to send photos via email and fill in and send reports/audits as required.
  • Market Knowledge: An understanding of Home Improvement / DIY market would be an advantage but full training will be provided.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to undertake physical activity, lifting and moving heavy products.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to complete additional work at peak times.
