As a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing areas. Your primary responsibility will be to promote a high standard of safety and housekeeping, creating a safe working environment for all personnel.

\
The ideal candidate will have strong team lead or people management skills within a cGMP manufacturing environment. They will demonstrate a high level of motivation and energy to achieve results, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and good decision-making skills and judgment within defined boundaries.

Your duties will include:
  1. Ensuring adherence to quality and control standards within the manufacturing areas.
  2. Providing front-line supervision for team members to ensure production targets are met.
  3. Developing and delivering effective training plans in line with business objectives.
  4. Motivating and developing team members to create a positive production environment and maximize production capability and flexibility to changing needs.
  5. Providing effective communications to team, equipment technicians, and process engineering groups to deliver to the manufacturing plan.
  6. Maintaining workflow by setting and revising priorities and targets for the team.
  7. Communicating performance expectations and formally assessing employee performance via timely periodic performance reviews.
  8. Ensuring effective shift handovers by communicating manufacturing priorities with performance data.
  9. Interfacing with human resources on hiring, employee relations issues, etc.
