Job Title: Quality Control Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage the quality control programme on our project sites, ensuring all activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for daily module tracking and quality assurance activities.
  • Act as a liaison between project managers, engineers, and production teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout all project stages.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the preparation and review of technical QA/QC documents, including ITPs, NCRs, and other compliance records.
  • Monitor adherence to quality procedures across production, assembly, and installation stages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and documentation of quality procedures and outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or related field) or Quality Management.
  • Relevant certifications in quality management, such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience supporting quality assurance activities in construction, data centre, or high-voltage projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN 1090 standards and their application in construction projects.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and document control systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
