Job Opportunity:

Agile Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Specialist to drive collaborative delivery across two high-performing development teams.

This role will involve leading Agile ceremonies, fostering team collaboration, and embedding Agile best practices within a modern cloud-native platform used by financial institutions globally.

  • Lead Agile ceremonies, drive team collaboration, and embed Agile best practices.
  • Coach and support two teams delivering microservices-based solutions.
  • Remove delivery impediments, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement using Agile metrics.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to ensure business alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Agile delivery.
  • Develop and implement Agile methodologies to enhance team performance.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to teams on Agile principles and practices.
  • Identify and remove impediments to delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience as an Agile Delivery Specialist in Agile environments.
  • Certified Agile Practitioner (CAPM, CSPO, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with Java Spring Boot teams and cloud-native platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile metrics.

Additional Information:

  • Relevant certifications and training programs would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Lean and Extreme Programming.
