The role of an Electrical Professional is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial environments.
You will be working closely with Facilities Management and other team members to schedule and deliver planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of progress reports, providing information for reporting purposes, managing planned maintenance schedules, and resources for each building under remit.
Key duties involve logging and updating site maintenance-related tasks on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), maintaining building lighting systems, and providing support in implementing short- and long-term projects.
Success in this role requires a right to work in the EU, electrical trade qualifications, and a full driving license. Experience in maintaining commercial environments and providing hard services is also essential.
A good working knowledge of building services installations, including HVAC and electrical systems, is required.
