Role Overview

Glenveagh Properties invites applications for a Graduate Quality Coordinator role, forming part of our 2024 Graduate Programme. This one-year programme equips participants with the necessary tools for a successful career within the company.

The Graduate Quality Coordinator will work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System throughout the construction phase.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate project quality processes and procedures with project teams.
  2. Support quality audits for ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management System compliance.
  3. Monitor closeout of issues and defects.
  4. Analyse trends in project quality statistics.
  5. Maintain and update project quality documentation.
  6. Issue weekly project quality reports.
  7. Coordinate with parties involved in construction projects.
  8. Report data and information to site teams, stakeholders, and partners.
  9. Represent the company professionally in dealings with the public and stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Recent graduate of Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in a quality-related field.
  2. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  3. Flexibility and adaptability.
  4. Quality focus.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration.
  6. Ambitious and hard-working attitude.
  7. IT literacy.
