We are seeking a Principal Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Access Data Installations Limited.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on contractual matters, processing claims and records, and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on contractual matters at the project level.
  • Process contractual claims and associated records.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely drafting of commercial/contractual correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, extensive experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, and strong negotiation skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
  • Extensive experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on electrical or ICT projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work on large scale, high headcount construction sites.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
