Job Title: Project Management Specialist

">About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate project activities, including resource allocation and scheduling;
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting and risk management;
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues;
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar construction management role;
  • A strong background in civil engineering and/or geotechnical engineering is beneficial;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues;
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD software;
