Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will play a pivotal function in sourcing, attracting and securing top talent across multiple disciplines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to identify resourcing plans.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract exceptional candidates.
  • Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through professional networks, job boards and referrals.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to set clear expectations regarding the process, timelines and offer details.
  • Responsible for managing recruitment agencies and ensuring compliance.
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and recruitment fairs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance the hiring process.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment; construction or engineering sector preferred.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
