Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in designing and validating new manufacturing methods and equipment.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Degree in Polymer or equivalent.
