Job Title: Utilities Maintenance Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Utilities Maintenance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our utilities plant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate work activities of a multi-skilled team of technicians and OEM suppliers to ensure maximum uptime of utilities plant.
- Implement and execute agreed PM programs in assigned area of responsibility.
- Ensure that maintenance personnel are proficient in the maintenance of existing and new equipment.
- Operate according to approved MTLs, SOPs/EWIs for site engineering and maintenance.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out safely and in compliance with GMP requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification BSc or MSc/M.Eng Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years cGMP industrial experience, ideally covering Operations, Engineering, Project and Validation within a manufacturing environment.
- Good working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs for a wide range of plant equipment, including pumps, HVAC systems, air compressors, steam boilers, and ancillary services.
- Ability to read and interrogate mechanical/instrumentation & process drawings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
