Job Overview

Account Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and expand Docusign's market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to management on sales performance and pipeline activity

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in account management and sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of sales force automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
