Social Care Professionals

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Social Care professionals to support individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. Our team provides high-quality care and promotes independence, person-centred planning, and contributes to the day-to-day running of the service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the service, including risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
  • Maintain working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures, Children's First guidelines, and relevant regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates will require:

  • A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area.
  • A clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking.
  • Experience of risk assessments and safeguarding procedures for young people in care.
