Job Opportunity:

We are a leading complex care provider in Ireland, offering nursing support services to individuals with complex care needs for over ten years.

About the Role:

  • Provide person-centred care to clients in their own home environment, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with family members to promote the client's recognition as an individual and demonstrate kindness, compassion, and respect.
  • Prioritise the client's needs and comforts.
  • Implement all aspects of the client's care plans based on identified needs.
  • Operate within your Scope of Practice NMBI (2015) and adhere to the NMBI Code of Professional Conduct for Nurses and Midwives (2015).

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Registered Nurse registered with the live register of NMBI.
  • RG / RCN / RNID trained.
  • Community-based nursing experience is preferred but not essential, as relevant training will be provided.

Nursing Support Services:

  • Care planning and delivery
  • Client assessment and review
  • Comprehensive care provision in a community setting
