Job Title: Senior Care Coordinator

The role of Senior Care Coordinator is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing service management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing organisational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional person-centred care to our residents
  • Lead and manage staff, ensuring adherence to regulations and policies
  • Respond to complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, adhering to organisational protocols
  • Coordinate appointments and priorities in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team
Requirements:
  • Hold a QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or an equivalent Allied Healthcare discipline
  • Demonstrate a minimum of three years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role within Health or Social Care
  • Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
