Technology Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE)

Our client is a global law firm with a market-leading technology practice. We are seeking an experienced Technology Solicitor to join their Dublin team.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of AI, data privacy, and digital law. You will be advising some of the most innovative tech companies in the world on AI, platform regulation, and digital services.

The successful candidate will be part of a supportive international team, collaborating on cutting-edge legal matters across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise global tech companies on AI, privacy, and platform regulation
  • Draft and negotiate commercial tech agreements and privacy terms
  • Support on GDPR, AI governance, and cross-border compliance projects
  • Work with global clients in tech, media, and digital services
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers across the UK, EU, and US

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) with experience in technology, privacy, or data law
  • Trained in a tech-focused in-house legal team or top-tier tech law firm
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and interest in AI & emerging tech regulation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and passionate about innovation
