Senior Quality Assurance Strategist

Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking a seasoned Test Engineering Leader to drive and scale our distributed team responsible for driving automation, performance testing, and quality engineering across the software development lifecycle.
">This is a strategic role that combines leadership, delivery ownership, and hands-on technical contribution in a modern continuous integration and continuous deployment environment.
">You will partner with engineering leaders to define the roadmap, mentor engineers, and implement test strategies that embed quality into every stage of product development.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and execute scalable test strategies across user interface, application programming interface, performance, and integration layers
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of software developers and testers
- Embed automation across the software development lifecycle using modern frameworks and tooling
- Champion shift-left practices and advocate for testability in architecture and design
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align testing with business outcomes
- Own quality metrics, risk reporting, and test governance across product teams
Essential Skills & Experience:
">- Experience in QA in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Proven background in automation frameworks, performance tools, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Playwright, K6, JMeter, Selenium, REST Assured, Azure DevOps
- Experience designing test strategies for cloud-based, microservice-driven platforms
- Confident leading remote teams and mentoring engineers of varying seniority
