Job Title: Specialist in Electrical Systems

Description:

Are you seeking a challenging role as an Electrician to undertake repairs and maintenance work on social housing properties? We are recruiting an Electrician to carry out essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure safe isolation in accordance with industry standards and company processes.
  2. Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring systems, equipment and accessories.
  3. Inspect and test fixed wiring systems and in-service electrical equipment.
  4. Design, install, commission and maintain fire detection and fire alarm systems.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
  • AM2 card or ability to obtain an ECS gold card.
  • Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in Construction.
  • Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance and repairs within the construction industry.
