Key Responsibilities

  1. Raise purchase orders and process creditor invoices
  2. Reconcile statements and make timely payments to suppliers
  3. Prepare and submit stock payments and operate RCT on supplier payments
  4. Process bank payments and reconcile bank statements
  5. Complete customs declarations and ensure compliance with regulations
  6. Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and stakeholders
