Key Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders and process creditor invoices
- Reconcile statements and make timely payments to suppliers
- Prepare and submit stock payments and operate RCT on supplier payments
- Process bank payments and reconcile bank statements
- Complete customs declarations and ensure compliance with regulations
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and stakeholders
