About the Role

This Building Systems Coordinator position is ideal for an experienced professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the field of facilities management.

The role involves coordinating facility/utility projects, supporting facilities management programs, and ensuring the smooth operation of building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with design teams to develop customized solutions for facility/utility equipment/processes.
  • Evaluate contractor work and provide oversight during commissioning and organization.
  • Direct the installation of building systems and develop maintenance and operating procedures.
  • Maintain existing systems equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
  • Create and implement validation protocols, trials/studies, and generate associated reports for facilities/utilities.
  • Implement facilities/utilities preventative maintenance program.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Certificate/Craft Certificate/Third Level Qualification in Engineering/Automation/Mechanical/Electrical.
  • Proven experience in building services/facilities maintenance.
