We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill a maternity cover position in our valuation team.

  • A PSRA license is a must, with a proven track record of sales and valuations expertise.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the field, with excellent interpersonal skills and great organisational abilities.
  • A full clean driving license and own car are also required.

The Key Responsibilities include:

Property Valuation Specialist:

  • Assist and prepare residential valuation reports.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and market trends.
  • Compare the property's selling value to other buildings in the area.
  • Draft a report using notes and photos taken at the property.
  • Communicate with other agents throughout the area.
  • Property Viewing and responding to telephone and email enquiries promptly.
  • Updating databases and offer system.
  • Conducting measuring and detailing preparation for the market.
